She’s worked across workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and medical insurance, where she’s spent the last 20 years helping clients navigate their insurance coverage.

Her background in Counseling and Guidance shows up in how she communicates. Things get explained clearly, without making people feel overwhelmed.

Nicole also holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from the College of New Rochelle, which continues to shape how she supports clients every day.

Nicole Collins, Executive Assistant

Hi, I’m Nicole Collins. I’ve been Jim Newhouse’s right-hand assistant for more than 15 years. I’ve spent over 35 years in the insurance industry and began working in workers’ compensation and auto insurance. For the past 20 years, I’ve focused on the overall administration of medical insurance, life, and long-term care, too.

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance. I draw on that background every day, helping our clients understand their insurance coverages so they can make more confident decisions.

What I love most about my work is being able to truly help people. I’m there for clients from onboarding through annual renewals, audits, and even claims, making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me watching sports, listening to music, or getting lost in a good book.
